Re: TNASDBD Process using 100% cpu

# Persistence loading:0 rdb_changes_since_last_save:390 So that's nearly 200 changes since this morning with no Internet access… My husband uploaded some files to our media folder. He's not sure how many. I'm still certain that Redis is scanning all my data. I would understand that if it were in it...

No. To install applications I would need Internet access

Re: TNASDBD Process using 100% cpu

If I look at info using redis client I can see the following: rdb_changes_since_last_save:203 I have looked at this every day since realising that it was potentially an issue with redis. It is always around 200 and sometimes more. Yesterday it was 279. I still suspect that redis is scanning all my d...

I don't allow Internet access to or from my NAS and I don't want to switch it on. So I don't really see how a remote session would help?

Re: TNASDBD Process using 100% cpu

There were a couple of new notifications this morning. The database size had grown to 9 rows. CPU usage was up again. I cleared the notifications, the databases back to 4 rows, and CPU usage is high again: Screenshot 2021-06-02 072051.png This is ridiculous. Nearly 70% CPU for such a tiny dataset :c...

Re: TNASDBD Process using 100% cpu

Okay I have narrowed this down to Redis server. Not exactly rocket science as the line above in services is redis_server. I'm struggling to see why I need this. Can it be removed or disabled? I use Emby and as far as I can see it doesn't depend on Redis. I would like to try disabling it. Can anyone...

Re: TNASDBD Process using 100% cpu

Thanks titanrx8 but this doesn't really solve my problem. I want to continue to use BTRFS. I am currently searching through the TOS scripts to see if I can find more information about this process. Okay I have narrowed this down to Redis server. Not exactly rocket science as the line above in servi...
