I just wanted to give a quick update.
The technical team has confirmed the issue and is working on a fix. A future update of the TNAS app will address the problem.

[Help] TNAS Mobile App on Iphone failing uploading photos
I tested the TNAS Mobile app today to back up my photos. However, the backup always stops at 12 out of 15,776 photos. Even after an hour, no additional photos are uploaded, and no error message appears. I’ve tried stopping and restarting the backup several times, but it doesn’t help. Both the TOS6 s...

Re: Add SSD and migrate TOS from HDD [SOLVED]
That worked, thanks!
Is it also possible to move installed Apps (Jellyfin, Docker Engine and Docker Manager) to the new SSD?
With SSH I can see that it is still installed under Volume1:
ls -lah /usr/local/jellyfin
/usr/local/jellyfin -> /Volume1/@apps/jellyfin

Add SSD and migrate TOS from HDD [SOLVED]
Hello, I would like to add an SSD to my F4-423 and install TOS on it. At the moment, my system is running with 4 HDDs, and TOS is currently installed on them. My goal is to migrate TOS to the new SSD without losing any of the data stored on the HDDs. The advantage would be that the HDDs could go int...

Re: 504 Gateway Time-out error
Good afternoon, the NAS made a Raid reconstruction, which was the reason it was not accessible. Yesterday evening I received the information that the RAID synchronization has been completed. Now the server is once again not reachable. In Chrome I get the error message: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT I als...

Re: 504 Gateway Time-out error
Now I had the same error. After a hard reboot I could login again. The problem is that Jellyfin didn't work, even after restart. I couldn't even open the app. So I restarted through gui. I can now login through Putty and SSH, but I can't login via browser. How can I solve the problem? Jellyfin also ...

504 Gateway Time-out error
Hello, I’m experiencing a recurring issue on my F4-423 running version 6.0.750. About every two weeks, I can no longer access the system via its IP address – I just get a 504 Gateway Time-out error. Jellyfin also stops working at the same time and shows the same error. I haven’t found any way to reg...

Re: 504 Gateway Timeout
I also get 504 Gateway Time-out every 2 weeks on my F4-423. Only a hard reboot is solving this issue.
Jellyfin also doesn*t work and gives the same error. SSH with putty also gives "Connection refused."
A thing to add: I'm trying to login via the IP-address + Port.
