For sure it is the power supply, because i have the same with the D2-320.
It is hearable if you are close with the head at the power supply (around 50 centimeter / 19 inch).
sounds a little bit like bird chirping.

Thanks for the reply.
If i would use the D2-320 in RAID-Mode (0 or 1) or JBOD, then it would make sense.
But as is wrote and Gremlin confirmed it, i just use the Single Mode.
The installed Controller inside the DAS should know this, otherwise the Single Mode would be superfluous.

Sorry, i have to correct my first post.
The D2-320 has no Hot Swap, that i've tested one time.
This was my mistake.
But the problem, that both drives get ejected when i just safe eject one drive is there.
