Re: D2-320 auto reconnect when power on? [SOLVED]
Update: I ended up buying two D2-320s, have smart switches on both to turn them on and off daily for backups, and they work perfectly. No issues with them coming back online when the power is switched on. Happy user.

Re: D2-320 auto reconnect when power on? [SOLVED]
The D2-320 features a power-on memory restoration function, enabling it to intelligently respond to various power outages. If the D2-320 device is normally shut down and then mains power is restored, the device will remain off. However, if the device shuts down due to an abnormal power outage, it w...

D2-320 auto reconnect when power on? [SOLVED]
Considering a D2-320 for use as offline backup. I want to use a smart switch to power it on, do the backup, then power it off. Question is will it auto connect when powered on or does it require pressing the power button? I've seen another post where Support says it's designed to auto connect when p...

Re: D2 power back on after power outage
Old thread, but I'm considering purchasing a D2-320 and need to know if this has been resolved, and if the D2 will reliably reconnect after power is restored without having to press the power button. Seems like Support and customer experiences are quite different.
Thanks for any info.

Re: 5D DAS RAID 5 - Question moving it to another Windows system
One more clarification. When I connect the D5 to the 2nd Windows system, will the logical drives and data just show up in File Explorer, or are there steps required in RAID Manager Pro or Windows Disk Management for the array, logical disks and data to be accessible?

If you are just moving devices between Windows, as long as your RAID drivers and RAID Manager Pro are installed correctly, you can read them.

That's what I assumed and hoped. Thanks for the verification.

5D DAS RAID 5 - Question moving it to another Windows system
I would like to use a 5D Thunderbolt 3 DAS configured with one large RAID 5 sub-divided into multiple drives configured in Windows Disk Management. Once created and populated with data I need to move it to another Windows system. I understand I need to install the RAID driver and RAID Manager Pro on...
